1. What is the Lazada Scholarship 2022?
Lazada Forward Scholarship 2022 is a development initiative dedicated to forward-thinking undergraduate students in Vietnam, regardless of university background and major. As part of Lazada Foundation, this scholarship aims to assist young talents in pursuing their studies and excelling academically without financial constraints. Meanwhile, the selected applicants will be eligible to get a shortcut to the final interview of Lazada Campus Recruitment programs, to provide career opportunities for young talents and help them leap forward and pursue their aspirations.
2. What languages are used in the program?
English is the official language in the application, so all the documents (application form, video, recommendation letter) must be in English, excluding the transcript. However, you can communicate with our program committee in Vietnamese (through our careers Facebook page or Email) so that we can quickly address your concerns.
3. What are the milestones to apply for the scholarship?
Registration Start Date - March 14, 2022 Registration Deadline - May 2, 2022 Individual Review & Shortlist - Late April - May 2022 -SHL Test - Final Interview Announcement & Celebration Day for Top 25- Late May 2022
4. Where and when do I submit the application form?
You can submit your Application form HERE. The registration round will commence from March 14 and the deadline is May 20, 2022.
5. What are the requirements for the selected application form?
Applicants should create a video that shares their responses to the following topic: "My Future Career in eCommerce". In the video, please tell us your profile and explain your interest in pursuing a career in the eCommerce industry.
The application video is an opportunity to demonstrate your interest and unleash your creativity. Impress the program committee with your thoughtful narrative and powerful speech! Please also ensure that you are featured in the video.
Bear in mind that the maximum duration of the video is capped at 2 minutes and the video should be in landscape format.
Once you have produced your video, please upload it on your YouTube channel with the following title: “Your Full Name_LazadaForwardScholarshipVN”. Include the program’s hashtags #LazadaForwardScholarship and #LazadaVN, in the video description.
Ensure that access to the video is set to Public or Unlisted. Video links that are set as Private will not be considered.
7. How do I know if I am selected or rejected for the scholarship?
8. Is it possible for me to change and re-submit the application package?
You can re-submit the application package. Howerver, please, check your application carefully before submitting, Lazada would not prefer candidates to re-submit the application.
9. Is there any cost to apply for the scholarship?
The application for Lazada Scholarship is FREE of charge. Please exercise vigilance and be aware of fraudulent messages sent on behalf of Lazada or AIESEC in Vietnam.
Lazada and AIESEC in Vietnam will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the participants’ oversight.
10. What would Lazada do with my provided personal information (address, academic results, etc.)?
Lazada and AIESEC in Vietnam promise that any personal information you provide will be used solely for verification purposes. We commit not to distribute or disclose your personal information with other parties without your permission. Any updates about the application process will be sent directly to the email address you provided.
11. Why do Lazada collaborate with AIESEC in Vietnam for Lazada Scholarship 2022?
Lazada is pleased to collaborate with AIESEC in Vietnam, who share our shared vision of empowering youths. We are committed to providing learning opportunities for Vietnamese youths to develop themselves and equipping them with skills for success in the eCommerce industry.
Lazada reserve the right to disqualify anyone who has damaged, interfererd, or tampered with the registeration process.
All decisions made by Lazada are final.
